Please bring any pertinent medical records, including medication, supplement information and lab work that has been done. If you have had x-rays, MRI or other diagnostic testing done for area of concern please bring those as well. 

We do not offer a-la-carte lab testing. We will take a deep thorough dive into your health history and in order to do that, we need to take a more comprehensive approach to address the root cause of your health issues.
